  • Computer Control system complete with automatic and manual control to monitor and adjust operating parameters.
  • Open Architecture
  • Full control in Graphic Mode which allows operator to override any select I/O point.
  • Full compressor control via high stage or low stage suction or individual control.
  • Internal messaging system (remote to main / main to remote).
  • Detailed report menu including evaporator control, defrost times, evaporator temperature schedule, system alarms, system defrost, analog high and low, analog history, and current analog values.
  • Archived System Activities - archival of one year of user definable time intervals (15 minutes to 1 hour).
    Security Features
  • Access limitation - recording on every login into system of user i.d., channel number, and time.
  • Automatic logoff with no activity.
  • Lockout device for each I/O point which operator defines the code.
    Remote Communications
  • Full remote access capabilities with e-LOGIC remote software only.
  • Full manual control via remote location on all equipment (compressors, valve groups, etc.)
  • Remote network link capability for file transfers and updates without interfering with control activities.
    Documentation
  • e-LOGIC dbc/OS 32+ Operators Manual.
  • Panel and field wiring diagrams.
  • System Operation Library on CD Rom (coming soon).

Refrigeration Software Functionality
    Condensers
  • Easy sequence assignment by "click" of a mouse button.
  • Controls multiple condensing systems at once.
  • Minimal set point for defrost pressure control.
  • Purge control timing sequence - end user definable.
    Analog Points
  • Selectable alarm monitor points (high, low, high and low combined).
  • Automatic emergency call out for each selected alarm point (optional).
  • Individual analog history trend.
  • Additional control parameters / I/O points for each analog point.
  • Multiple methods of calibrating specific sensors - High, Low, Average, -0-, and Current valve.
    Vessels
  • Integrated high level safety lockout.
  • Split system shutdown.
  • High and Low pump differential pressure safeties.
  • Multiple operating levels per vessels - operator defined.
    Valve Groups
  • Full reheat features for all valve groups / control stations.
  • Multiple defrost controls.
  • User definable off cycle controls - fan cycle and suction valve control.
  • Up to six set-point changes per day for each valve group / control station.
  • Multiple defrost control settings: run time, fixed schedule, run time skip, and signal (sensor initiated).
  • Definable NH3 sensor for emergency shutdown purposes - operator defined.
  • Pre-cooling of coil before unit goes into cooling mode.
  • User controls analog point (temperature control for each valve group).
    Energy Management Features
  • Load-shedding via a pulse meter (supplied by the power company).
  • Multiple start/stop sequence per day for compressor and engine room setup.
